Based in San Antonio, Texas, the company owns, manages, or otherwise has interests in a number of residential single family and multi-family dwellings, office and commercial buildings, raw land, waterfront properties, and joint venture hotel/resort developments.

The Company acts as the General Partner in Zavala Capital Coastal Properties, LLP. A private limited partnership in Texas coastal development projects.

The company also maintains an investment portfolio in construction and development related financing.

Private Money Lending

Zavala Capital Investments, LLC is also a direct private / hard money lender with full underwriting authority. We specialize in "non-traditional" considerations for individuals or companies whose financing needs are not fully met by traditional bank loans. Loan approvals have emphasis on equity, not credit and income documentation. We offer hard money/private money financing in Texas only (primarily in South Texas, but other areas in Texas considered on a case-by-case basis).

Note Buying

Zavala Capital Investments, LLC purchases and brokers first position notes secured by any type of real estate nationwide. Unfortunately, we do not purchase notes in second position or any other junior lien position (3rd's 4th's, 5th's, etc). We will also purchase first position notes secured by a business.
