Zavala Capital Investments, LLC acts as the General Partner, and controls investments from a number of private Limited Partners. The Partnership owns and otherwise has interests in the Ocean House Corpus Christi Resort and Hilton Hotel development on Rincon Point in Corpus Christi, Texas.
